Privacy Policy

1.Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Rediscover Digital LLC ("Rediscover Digital," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website at rediscoverdigital.com and any related pages, funnels, forms, and our AI-powered marketing services (collectively, the "Services").

We are a performance marketing agency that uses artificial intelligence and automation to build pages, create ad creative, manage advertising campaigns, run email and SMS automation, and report on results for our clients. By accessing or using our Services, or by submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2.Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information we collect:

  • On our website and landing pages, including through lead and contact forms;
  • When you communicate with us by email, phone, text message, chat, or social media;
  • When you become, or inquire about becoming, a client of Rediscover Digital; and
  • Through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our digital properties.
Our role. When we provide marketing services to our clients, we may process information about their leads and customers on their behalf and under their instructions. In those cases, our client is the party responsible for that data, and that client's own privacy policy governs how the data is used. This Policy covers information for which Rediscover Digital is responsible.

3.Information We Collect

a. Information you provide to us

  • Contact & lead details — such as your name, email address, phone number, business or website, current monthly ad spend, and any information you include in a message or form (for example, your goals or biggest bottleneck).
  • Client & onboarding information — business details, brand assets, account access, and other information you share when engaging our Services.
  • Communications — the contents of emails, texts, calls, and messages you exchange with us.
  • Payment information — if you purchase Services, payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.

b. Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring/exit pages, the pages you view, and the dates/times of your visits.
  • Cookies & tracking technologies — see Section 4 for details, including advertising pixels and analytics.

c. Information from third parties

  • Advertising & analytics platforms — aggregated or attributed campaign data from platforms such as Meta, Google, and others.
  • Our clients — where we act as their service provider.
  • Service providers and publicly available sources — to help us deliver and improve the Services.

4.Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We and our partners use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and deliver and optimize advertising. These may include:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function;
  • Analytics cookies — for example, Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use our site;
  • Advertising & conversion tracking — for example, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, used to measure and improve ad performance and to show relevant ads.

5.How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and deliver the Services, including preparing an AI Growth Plan or proposal you request;
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
  • Send you marketing and informational communications by email, SMS, or phone (subject to your consent and the opt-out rights in Section 8);
  • Build, manage, test, and optimize marketing campaigns, pages, creative, and automations;
  • Analyze usage, measure performance, and improve our Services and your experience;
  • Process transactions and manage our client relationships;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, and technical issues; and
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms.

6.Artificial Intelligence & Automated Processing

Our Services use artificial intelligence and automation tools to do things like generate and test ad creative and copy, build and personalize pages and follow-up sequences, analyze campaign performance, and optimize budgets and targeting.

  • How AI is used. Information you submit and campaign data may be processed by automated systems and by trusted third-party AI providers that help us deliver the Services.
  • Human oversight. Our team reviews and steers AI-assisted work. We do not use AI to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.
  • No sensitive inputs. Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as government ID numbers, health, or financial account details) through our forms or chat.

7.How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers / subprocessors — vendors that help us run the Services, such as our CRM and automation platform (GoHighLevel), email and SMS providers, advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google), analytics providers, AI providers, hosting, and payment processors. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Our clients — where we process information as their service provider.
  • Legal & safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rediscover Digital, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With your consent — for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time we collect the information.

Some sharing for advertising and analytics may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under certain state laws. See Your Privacy Rights for how to opt out.

8.Email & SMS/Text Messaging

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we (and, where applicable, our clients) may send you marketing, informational, and transactional text messages using an automated system.

  • Consent. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
  • Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email.
  • Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS consent is never shared. No mobile information (including text-messaging opt-in or consent) will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

9.Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain our client relationships, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

10.Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials confidential.

11.Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate information;
  • Delete your personal information;
  • Opt out of marketing communications and of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising; and
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents may request access to and deletion of personal information, and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

EU/UK residents (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have additional rights, including data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We process personal information on the legal bases of consent, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

How to exercise your rights

To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 17. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also use an authorized agent where permitted by law.

12.Your Choices

  • Marketing emails — click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
  • Text messages — reply STOP (see Section 8).
  • Cookies — adjust your browser settings or our consent tool.
  • Interest-based ads — you can manage ad preferences through the platforms (e.g., Meta and Google) and through industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).

13.Third-Party Links & Services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites and platforms that we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those third parties, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

14.Children's Privacy

Our Services are intended for businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

15.International Users

We are based in the United States, and we process and store information in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

16.Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
